Chester Burnett is the President of Variant Lending Group, bringing over 22 years of experience and expertise to the mortgage banking industry. Before transitioning to finance, Chester had a successful career as a professional NFL player. During his time in the league, he developed an interest in investment real estate, sparking a passion that would eventually lead him to mortgage banking.

Today, Chester specializes in helping a wide range of clients achieve their homeownership dreams. He is particularly experienced in working with first-time homebuyers, guiding them through the complexities of securing their first mortgage. Chester has a deep understanding of various loan products and is well-versed in government-backed loans, including VA, FHA, and USDA loans. He also excels in securing loans for individuals with unique financial situations, specializing in helping clients with income that is difficult to document.

As the President of Variant Lending Group, Chester oversees the daily operations of his mortgage branch, ensuring that each transaction is handled with care and precision. He leads a dedicated team, providing them with the strategic direction needed to help clients secure the financing that works best for their needs. His hands-on approach, combined with his extensive knowledge of mortgage products, has been a key factor in the success of the branch and the satisfaction of clients.

Outside of his professional life, Chester enjoys spending time with his wife, Jeena, and their three children. He’s also an avid poker player and an enthusiastic reader, always looking for opportunities to learn and grow, both personally and professionally
